My Beloved Teacher

Hello guys, now in this part, i want to talk about my beloved teacher. Hope you guys enjoy reading my article

When and where i met this teacher

I met with him when I was second grade in junior high school, 5 years ago. He was become my homeroom. His name is Esep Muhammad Zaini. The name of my school is SMPN 1 Jonggol, maybe some of you guys have ever heard about this region. The first time I met him in my class, when he introduce himself as homeroom of our class.

Who the teacher was and the subject he/she taught

As I said before, his name is Esep Muhammad Zaini. He taught subject in Bahasa. He was already long enough teaching in my school. Beside being a teacher, he also became editor-in-chief of the magazine about literacy.

Why the teacher's lessons were special and explain how thisteacher influenced me

I thought him is very different with another teachers that I know. Why? Okey. I will explain this a little. The most I remember about him is  when he got an assignment from the local government to study appeal to schools in Australia. Even though he had to carry out his duties in Australia, but he still didn't forget to ask how we were at school, he didn't leave his duty as a teacher, as long as he went to Australia, we were given assignments via Facebook, so that there was no time wasted. The most important thing that I like from him is he never views his students as smart or stupid, according to him, all children have their strengths, we cannot compare it because it is very difficult. Every child is born equally has a sense, but we are the one who governs it all will be used properly or not.

He once said, he didn't agree with the class ranking system, because it could kill students' creativity. How him influenced me? Actually, when he teaches in class, he rarely gives lesson material. He always tells about life, gives us advice, that's what I remember most from him. He always encouraged me, he always said, someday you will be a person who is useful to many people. Until now, this words have always in my mind, which made me become motivated to be better.

Okay that's all for me, if you want to give me correction, critics, comment, or etc. I gladly accept it. Thank you

  1. Hi Fahri, what a lovely teacher you have. Anyway instead of "Why like that?" you maybe better just write it "why?"

  4. "I met with him when I was..." it's better if you simplified the sentence into "I met him when I was...".
Your story is so interesting...Keep it up, Ri.
